Duties:

• Manage family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and support, from intake to resolution.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Provide legal support and manage overflow cases from other attorneys within the firm.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and offer personalized legal counsel.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Pennsylvania Family Law, including local court systems.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
• Demonstrated excellence in written communication, analysis, and interpersonal interactions.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or awaiting Bar results.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Completion of the Pennsylvania Bar Exam or awaiting results.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (or recently sat for the Bar Exam).
