Job Duties:

• Evaluate the merits of Personal Injury cases and provide legal advice to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, guiding the legal process.

• Prepare and execute litigation plans, including discovery and trial preparation.
• Open new case files and manage existing caseload efficiently.
• Demonstrate leadership by managing and mentoring legal staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills to build and manage a legal team.
• Ability to interact empathetically with clients during challenging times.
• Determination to achieve favorable outcomes and win cases.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
