Duties:

• Manage a caseload of casualty litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and management.
• Provide timely and accurate legal advice and representation to clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Florida.
• 3-5 years of experience in casualty litigation.
• Strong understanding of Florida civil procedure and case law.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Experience in insurance defense litigation.
