Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a talented and experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic legal team in Boston, MA. Duties

• Manage all aspects of litigation cases, from initial investigation through resolution.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence, with a focus on precision and persuasive argumentation.
• Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and develop legal arguments.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners on case development, client communication, and litigation strategy.
• Engage in discovery processes, including depositions, interrogatories, and document reviews.
• Participate in settlement negotiations, mediation, and other dispute-resolution efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in complex litigation cases.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Courtroom experience, including motion practice, hearings, and trials, is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the state of Massachusetts.
