Duties

• Provide exceptional legal representation while managing a high-volume caseload.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft legal documents, and offer sound legal advice on regulatory and legal risks.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to achieve favorable resolutions in cases.
• Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings across North Carolina.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to ensure proper reporting of legal activities and outcomes.

Requirements

• Active law license in North Carolina (required).
• 0-3 years of experience in bankruptcy, collections, or civil litigation is preferred.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to additional states (e.g., GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH) or passing the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) is a plus.
• Strong research, writing, and oral communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
