Profile

A law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level associate to join its growing Real Estate Practice in Philadelphia, PA. This position offers a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment for an attorney eager to engage in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

Duties

• Oversee and manage various commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and financing agreements.
• Provide counsel on loan workouts, restructurings, and other financial adjustments.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic solutions tailored to their real estate objectives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal real estate regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in commercial real estate law, including real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Experience with loan modifications and restructuring is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
