Duties:
- Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 11 reorganizations.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Participate in bankruptcy litigation and negotiations with creditors and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
- Assist in creditor committee representations and debtor-in-possession financing matters.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex bankruptcy cases and appeals.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school with a solid academic record.
- Admission to the Delaware State Bar or ability to waive into the Delaware Bar.
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in bankruptcy law, with substantive Chapter 11 experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of bankruptcy litigation procedures and practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex legal matters with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Admission to the Delaware State Bar (or ability to waive in).
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
