Job Overview:
A distinguished law firm is actively seeking an Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized Banking & Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of law firm experience representing lenders and borrowers in a wide array of financing transactions. This opportunity offers the chance to work on private credit, syndicated loans, and growth capital financings across both domestic and international markets.

Duties:
Represent borrowers and lenders in a variety of complex financing transactions
Handle private credit deals, syndicated credit facilities, and growth capital investments
Draft and negotiate financing documentation and related legal agreements
Coordinate with cross-office legal teams on both U.S. and international deals
Deliver high-quality legal counsel aligned with client business objectives
Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
2 to 6 years of relevant experience at a law firm in banking and finance matters
Proven ability to manage sophisticated financing deals and related documentation
Strong client service mindset and professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Must be a member of the Bar in at least one U.S. state
Must meet the practice requirements of the applicable jurisdiction
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Certifications:
Active member in good standing of a U.S. state bar
Eligibility to practice law in the office location or jurisdiction of employment
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of lending structures and financing instruments
Advanced drafting and negotiation capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
