Duties:

• Draft demand letters and complaints, as well as answer complaints.
• Propound and respond to written discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare and defend motions, and argue them in court.
• Prepare documentation for and attend arbitrations and mediations.
• Prepare cases for trial, including organizing evidence and developing case strategies.
• Provide exceptional client service, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Network with other professionals to build relationships and support business development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a litigation attorney with a strong background in civil litigation.
• Excellent knowledge of legal procedures and principles.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
