Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law preferred.
• Proven ability to represent clients in court and negotiations.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail in legal drafting.
• A deep understanding of Georgia family law statutes and regulations.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia with active standing in the State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia.
