Duties:

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, vendors, adjusters, and other stakeholders.
• Provide direction and training to in-house team members.
• Negotiate settlements and interact with providers, adjusters, and other involved parties.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices.
• Maintain accurate case files and meet all deadlines.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish (required).
• Licensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of cases.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external parties.
• Willingness to teach and mentor staff members.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school (required).

Certifications:

• Active Arizona Bar License (required).

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Proficiency in legal drafting software (e.g., Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a high caseload and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of legal procedures and practices in personal injury law.
