• Handle complex business litigation cases, including trade secret and real estate litigation matters
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and arbitrations
• Manage all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
• Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients
• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and legal precedents

Requirements:

• 5-15 years of experience in complex civil litigation at a business litigation law firm
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school
• Experience in complex business litigation, including trade secret and real estate litigation
• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a strong law school
• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver
