Duties:

• Engage in product development and licensing, supply chain, logistics, and marketing/advertising issues.
• Draft and negotiate various agreements, including licensing agreements.

• Contribute to mobile technology, telecommunications, patent licensing, and regulatory compliance efforts.

Requirements:

• Strong academic credentials and relevant legal experience.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active Bar membership in the state of Washington.
