Location:

Duties:

• Meet with existing and potential clients to discuss case details.
• Manage a docket of litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and respond to discovery requests.
• Prepare clients for depositions and mediations, and represent them in these proceedings.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, and trials to advocate for clients' interests.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the State Bar and the American Bar Association (ABA).
• Previous experience with depositions and litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; ability to learn legal software.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Active State Bar license.

Skills:

• Knowledge of Texas procedural law and litigation process.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
