Job Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation before state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Develop and execute strategies to safeguard clients’ interests and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Educate clients on potential claims and business risks relevant to the industry.
• Assist in discovery and litigation processes, including depositing and analyzing documents.
• Negotiate with external parties on legal disputes and issues.
• Research and analyze complex legal issues, preparing briefs for review by supervising attorneys.
• Participate actively in client meetings and regularly communicate with court personnel, clients, and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
• Capacity to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Active membership and good standing with the Ohio Bar.
