A law firm in Woodland Hills, CA, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will be involved in the firm's litigation process, from initiating suits to conducting trials. Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve accounts and suits are essential.

Duties:

• Immersion in the litigation process from suit initiation to trial conduct.
• Drafting, reviewing, and filing necessary motions during litigation.
• Preparation for trials and arbitrations as required by the firm.
• Communication with clients, employers, and attorneys to resolve accounts and suits.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
• Additional licensing in other states (MO, IA, NE, ID, CA, WA, OR, AK, HI, NV) is welcomed.
