Corporate and Transactional / Associate
The candidate should also have 3+ years of business and transactional experience, including M&A, joint venture and/or other complex commercial transactions. Will focus on drafting and negotiating transactional matters and be given the opportunity to work directly with clients. An undergraduate degree in business, finance or accounting is a plus.
