• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in patent law related to chemical innovations.
• Manage a docket of patent applications and ensure compliance with USPTO requirements and deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, specifically in the chemical and pharmaceutical arts.
• Strong background in organic chemistry.
• Demonstrated expertise in patent law and practice.
• Superior academic credentials with a track record of excellence.
• Admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
