Duties:

• Represent clients in consumer debtor bankruptcy cases.
• Assist clients with bankruptcy filings, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients regarding bankruptcy options.
• Draft and file necessary legal documents related to bankruptcy proceedings.
• Manage client cases, ensuring deadlines are met and cases are handled efficiently.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or questions.
• Work collaboratively with legal staff to support case management and client service.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law, with a preference for candidates already admitted to the state bar.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for helping clients and providing high-quality legal services.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and legal team members.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active law license (preferred in the state of Kentucky).
