Duties:

• Manage transactional and corporate legal matters.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients in various industries.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements and documents.
• Maintain effective client relationships and provide high-quality legal services.
• Work independently on existing client files and collaborate with senior attorneys when needed.
• Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois Law license, in good standing.
• 3-7 years of transactional and corporate law experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active State of Illinois Law license, in good standing.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and critical reasoning abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
