The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and successful closings, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. Location:

  • Raleigh, NC

Duties:

  • Conduct and oversee real estate closings for residential and commercial transactions
  • Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure successful closings
  • Review and prepare closing documents, contracts, and other necessary paperwork
  • Provide expert guidance to clients through the closing process
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal real estate laws and regulations
  • Maintain excellent customer service and address client inquiries throughout the process
  • Manage multiple transactions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in North Carolina (Required)
  • Prior experience in real estate law, particularly in conducting closings (Preferred but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (Required)

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license in North Carolina (Required)

Skills:

  • Knowledge of real estate law and closing procedures
  • Strong legal writing and document review skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
