Duties:

• Research and interpret laws, statutes, court rules, and regulations to guide legal decisions and client strategies.
• Manage litigation processes from case preparation to completion, including filings, motions, and submission of documentation.
• Attend court hearings and provide counsel to clients, presenting legal arguments and evidence as necessary.
• Oversee the discovery process, develop case strategies, and coordinate testimony with witnesses.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring that they are updated on case developments and potential legal issues.
• Monitor and manage case schedules, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
• Supervise paralegals and other legal staff, ensuring that work is completed accurately and promptly.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with legal trends and updates.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona.
• Proven experience with litigation, including filing suits and enforcing judgments.
• Experience in creditor’s rights law is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, a team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Must be based in Arizona and able to work in the office.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona.
