A law firm in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Health Care Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in handling catastrophic casualty cases or medical malpractice/health care cases. The ideal candidate must possess Bar admission and demonstrate expertise in health care litigation.

Duties:

• Handle a variety of health care litigation matters, including catastrophic casualty cases and medical malpractice.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to health care laws and regulations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 2-5 years of experience handling catastrophic casualty cases or medical malpractice/health care cases.
• Strong understanding of health care laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
