Duties:

• Handle defense of first-party property damage lawsuits from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare necessary legal documents.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Florida Bar admission is required.
• Preferably have 1 year of litigation experience.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
