• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Engage in business development activities to build and expand client relationships.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in employment law.
• Proven track record in client representation and business development.
• Strong legal, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive results.
• Willingness to travel locally and statewide to meet client needs.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia, or the ability to become licensed promptly.
