Duties:

• Manage a diverse docket of personal injury cases from inception through resolution
• Lead depositions, hearings, and motion practice
• Represent clients in mediation and settlement negotiations
• Prepare cases for trial, including developing case strategy, drafting pleadings, and conducting discovery
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, maintaining clear communication throughout the process
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure optimal case management and outcomes
• Maintain a focus on client satisfaction and successful case resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury law
• Demonstrated ability to handle a large caseload and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Strong experience in trial preparation, motions practice, and depositions
• Proven track record of success in personal injury litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to think critically and strategically

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
