Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Utah Bar or plans to sit for the bar exam in February.
• At least 3 years of experience in litigation, particularly in business, real estate, or construction law (preferred).
• Strong legal drafting skills and the ability to prepare detailed documents.
• Excellent research abilities, with a focus on providing actionable insights for case strategy.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex legal issues effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Utah Bar or eligibility to sit for the bar exam in February.
