Job Duties:

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to employment litigation.
• Develop effective legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively.
• Take and defend depositions and engage in meet and confer.
• Conduct ADR mediations and negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Develop and deliver persuasive arguments in court and administrative proceedings.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience specializing in employment litigation.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex legal issues.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including substantial time management abilities.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
