Duties:

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Michigan State Bar.
• 4-7 years of experience in medical malpractice defense litigation.
• Proven experience in handling complex medical malpractice cases.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and medical procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret medical records and legal documents.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective case strategies.

Education:
