• Write briefs and summaries of depositions and discovery materials.

Requirements:

• Must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
• Eligible to practice law in Florida.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Independent thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to take and defend depositions.
• Proficient in oral advocacy and research.
• Excellent drafting skills for client communications, reports, pleadings, and memoranda of law.
• Experience summarizing depositions and discovery materials.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
