This full-time, onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to litigate complex personal injury cases, represent clients in court, and collaborate with seasoned legal professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of litigation experience and a strong background in personal injury law.

Location

Duties

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury litigation matters

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and trial documents

• Prepare and deliver persuasive legal arguments in court

• Collaborate with legal staff and other attorneys on case strategy and development

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress

• Ensure deadlines are met and case documentation is accurately maintained

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury

• Proven trial experience and strong courtroom presence

• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously

• Strong commitment to client advocacy and legal ethics

• Familiarity with court procedures and filing systems in Nevada

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Nevada

• Member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar
