Hodgson Russ LLP is seeking an attorney or a patent agent to join its Intellectual Property practice group in the firm’s Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Hackensack, NJ, or Palm Beach, FL office. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications and a degree in Electrical Engineering. Admittance or eligibility to practice before the USPTO is required. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. Software development experience is desirable.
