Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its corporate transactional department, focusing on a diverse range of businesses and complex transactions throughout New Jersey.

Duties:

• Represent clients in complex transactional matters, including structuring, drafting, and negotiating related documents.
• Counsel clients on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, business succession planning, and corporate governance.
• Assist clients with new business ventures, including partnerships, LLCs, and corporation formation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate, business, and transactional law.
• J.D. and admission to the New Jersey Bar are required.
• Financial background relevant to transactional finance is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• New Jersey Bar admission.
