Job Overview
A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join their dynamic team. This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to work in one or more of the following practice areas:

• Estate Planning/Probate/Elder Law
• Business/Corporate Law
• Domestic Relations/Family Law

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of broad legal experience and a passion for working with clients to achieve their goals. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to manage a wide variety of legal matters, while growing both professionally and personally in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Location

• Taunton, MA

Duties

• Independently manage cases from inception through final disposition.
• Consult with prospective clients to identify their needs and provide legal solutions.
• Delegate tasks to paraprofessional staff to maximize efficiency.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Participate in business development activities, including networking, seminars, and presentations.
• Engage in strategic partnerships with other professionals to promote growth.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts (Rhode Island license is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, elder law, business law, and/or family law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and legal issues simultaneously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Massachusetts Bar License required.
• Rhode Island Bar License (preferred but not required).
