Job Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload predominantly involving residential properties, with opportunities to delve into intricate commercial matters.
• Partner closely with seasoned attorneys, gaining mentorship that sharpens your legal prowess.
• Take charge of all litigation phases from initial case review to final resolution, serving as the pivotal point in each case.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership with the Florida Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in First-Party Property, General Liability, or a related field.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Capability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership with the Florida Bar.
