Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in the state of Georgia.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.
  • Demonstrated experience handling transactions in financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies.
  • Proven expertise in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Sound business judgment and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient research and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others effectively.
  • Persuasive communication skills and demonstrated management abilities.

Education and Certifications:
