Litigation Associate
The candidate must have 0-4 years of overall litigation experience, including 0-2 years in patent litigation. Some pharmaceutical ANDA patent litigation experience is highly desirable. Should have experience with discovery and motion practice; good familiarity with, and preferably a degree in, organic chemistry and/or molecular biology, with an advanced degree a substantial plus. Top academic performance is required.
