Duties

• Provide high-quality legal solutions for clients on commercial real estate matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and close complex real estate transactions.
• Advise clients on real estate laws, ensuring clarity and engagement in legal explanations.
• Take the lead on client relationships and manage their legal needs effectively.
• Contribute to business development efforts by growing client relationships and representing the firm at events.
• Delegate tasks to paralegals, associates, and support staff as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a portable book of business (preferably over $100,000).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in North Carolina, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
