Legal Runner/Personal Assistant

Profile

Established Personal Injury Law Firm seeks a Legal Runner/Personal Assistant.

It is a requirement to have a valid driver's license and to be fluent in Spanish and English.

Duties may include: scheduling appointments, personal shopping needs, daily lunch and dinner pick up orders, on site security, arrange travel plans, assist with set up and tear down for company events, assist with office runs, home visits to potential new clients of the firm. Runners must have the ability to travel frequently and have a fully insured reliable vehicle. 

Candidates must be accustomed to a fast paced environment, must be driven, have a strong work ethic, and be able to integrate themselves into a team work setting, be adaptable, honest, and accountable. Must be able to pass a background check including having a clean driving record and also able to pass a drug test. Must be flexible with schedule (able to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed).

Candidates must have:

-Ability to work under pressure.

-Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish

-Be an energetic and upbeat individual.

-Able to work nights and  weekends

-Willing to work overtime

-Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Type: Full-time with Over Time

Salary: From $18-22/hr
