A reputable law firm is seeking a Bilingual Senior Personal Injury Attorney to manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims. This role involves collaboration with other attorneys, conducting thorough legal research, and providing exceptional client service throughout all phases of litigation.

Location:

Duties:

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine liability and damages.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed about case progress.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Licensed attorney in good standing to practice law in the state.
• 8+ years of experience as a plaintiff's personal injury attorney.
• Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to personal injury.
• Proven track record in successful case management and client representation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team, including paralegals and support staff.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid state bar certification.
