Duties:

• Conduct legal research on a wide range of corporate issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate agreements and documents.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and corporate governance matters.
• Provide legal advice and support to corporate clients on business operations and compliance issues.
• Manage and oversee due diligence processes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing; admission to the New Jersey Bar is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate law, particularly in transactional matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and superb interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated professional judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
