Duties

• Handle commercial and business litigation matters, including trial preparation and proceedings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in various industries such as financial services, real estate, insurance, gaming, and entertainment.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients, devising creative and efficient strategies to resolve business disputes.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Manage diverse caseloads, ensuring that all deadlines and project requirements are met.
• Participate in community and professional organizations as part of ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of commercial and business litigation experience, preferably in a large law firm setting.
• Strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong academic background and superior drafting, research, and negotiation skills.
• Admitted to the Nevada bar.
• Willingness to engage in community and professional activities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Nevada Bar.
