Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and services to a diverse client base on various civil litigation matters.
• Engage actively in motion practice, including drafting and arguing motions.
• Participate in trial work, including preparing for and attending trials, hearings, and depositions throughout the State of Michigan.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
• Support marketing efforts and contribute to building a strong reputation within the legal community.
• Continuously learn and develop legal skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Currently licensed to practice law in Michigan.
• Willingness to travel as required, including for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Interest in marketing, career growth, and reputation building.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in civil litigation.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Michigan Bar license.
