Duties:

• Structure, document, and negotiate secured and unsecured financing transactions.
• Handle senior secured, mezzanine, and subordinated debt transactions.
• Manage acquisition financings and loan workouts.
• Provide legal counsel to both borrowers and lenders.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Demonstrated ability in structuring, documentation, and negotiation of financing transactions.
• Experience with senior secured, mezzanine, and subordinated debt transactions.
• Proficiency in acquisition financings and loan workouts.
• Leveraged finance experience, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar in California.
