Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm is seeking a highly motivated mid-level to senior-level associate to join its expanding Commercial Litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters in both federal and state courts in Delaware. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in trial practice, including intellectual property and related disputes, and will be eager to collaborate within a dynamic team of litigators.

Location:

• Wilmington, DE

Duties:

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters, including intellectual property disputes, in Delaware’s federal and state courts.
• Research, analyze, and brief complex legal issues.
• Work closely with litigation teams on national and regional client matters.
• Assist in all aspects of litigation, from case preparation to trial.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Participate in strategy development and legal decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Mid-level to senior-level experience in commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated interest in trial practice, particularly in intellectual property and related disputes.
• Strong experience in legal research, analysis, and drafting.
• Delaware Bar admission is preferred, but candidates willing to take the Delaware Bar Exam will be considered.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in Delaware is preferred; candidates willing to sit for the Delaware Bar Exam are also encouraged to apply.
