Perform high-quality billable work
Expertise in assisting attorneys through matters involving loans and loan documents including all phases of foreclosures and bankruptcies and related transactions and litigation
Possess the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse case load
Attention to detail and accuracy, and confidentiality
Understanding of federal, state and local rules of civil procedure
Ability to perform UCC searches, assist with title searches and property research
Must have the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
College degree, ABA-approved paralegal certificate, or experience equivalent
3 years of paralegal experience
