Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior attorneys in handling commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and arbitrations.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Manage case files and ensure timely and accurate documentation and filings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide legal advice.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation.
• Stay updated on legal trends, case law, and changes in legislation relevant to commercial litigation.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent references and academic credentials.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues with professionalism and integrity.
• Proven track record of strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to the Bar in the state of Washington or be in the process of obtaining admission.
