Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Of Counsel to join its team in Wilmington, DE. Duties:
- Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
- Supervise associates and guide on case matters.

- Assist in fact development and participate in depositions.
- Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
- Help formulate and execute case strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
- Expertise in product liability and complex commercial litigation.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and writing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Sound business judgment and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and problem-solving.
- Conceptual thinking and the ability to influence others persuasively.
- Management skills to supervise and guide junior associates.
Education and Certifications:
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong academic credentials from nationally recognized institutions.
- Candidates licensed to practice law in New York are encouraged to apply.
- Admission to practice in Delaware (DE).
