Duties:

• Represent clients in court appearances and legal proceedings
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide strategic legal advice
• Manage and organize a caseload, handling various aspects of litigation from initiation through resolution
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to contribute to case strategy and legal developments

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in Maryland
• Proven ability to represent clients in a courtroom setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research and analytical abilities
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
