Duties

Requirements

  • Active membership in the California State Bar with a clean disciplinary record.
  • Familiarity with California landlord-tenant law is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client representation.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills

  • Proficiency in legal research and the use of technology for case management.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to ethical practice.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and legal management software (e.g., Clio Manage) is a plus.
